Justin Bieber releases ‘Changes’ video

Video available exclusively via Apple Music

Justin Bieber just dropped a brand new music video for “Changes” exclusively on Apple Music.

From the creative minds of Bieber and director Michael D. Ratner, this is the exclusive visual given to Apple Music for the hit title track of his latest album, Bieber’s seventh No. 1 worldwide album at just 25 years old (making him the youngest artist to ever do so). Returning to his roots and set in the frozen landscape of Ontario, Canada, Bieber details some of the changes he has gone through to get this point in his life. As the video progresses, Bieber seemingly looks ahead as the seasons change, which provides a strong visual dichotomy and powerful message.

“These videos were all shot in places in nature that meant something to me over the years and I’m thrilled that my fans get to experience the music with these concepts in mind,” Bieber shares about the video.

The video for “Changes” is the second release in the four part visual series directed by Michael D. Ratner and produced by OBB Pictures, followed by “ETA” released last week. Additional videos will be released on Apple Music in the coming weeks.

Bieber also recently sat down with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe for an intimate interview.

Changes was released on February 14th via RBMG/Def Jam Recordings where it immediately shot to No. 1 across charts worldwide. The pop superstar will support the record with The Changes Tour, promoted by AEG Presents. It kicks off in Seattle at the CenturyLink Field on Thursday, May 14th and runs through September 26th in East Rutherford, NJ. $1 from each ticket purchased will be donated to the Bieber Foundation which is committed to supporting mental health wellness.

Last month, the pop star topped the country charts for the fourth straight week with Dan + Shay. “10,000 Hours” simultaneously topped the Aircheck/Mediabase, Billboard Country Airplay, Billboard Hot Country Songs, Country Streaming Songs and Country Digital Song Sales charts. The recently platinum-certified single has garnered more than 650 million global streams and over 1.7 million U.S. track equivalents in just under four months. The song is the fastest country song in the past year to reach one million equivalents, making its mark right out of the gate landing on 39 out of 40 Spotify New Music Friday and all 115 of Apple’s New Music Daily playlists upon release.

Over the course of his career, Bieber has amassed over 50 billion streams and over 60 million album equivalent sales worldwide. Justin’s Grammy Award — winning 2015 album Purpose has sold over 21 million copies worldwide. The Purpose Tour sold out 64 U.S. and 52 international tour dates, thrilling fans around the world with Bieber’s dynamic, must-see live performance.
