Kane Brown releases timely ‘Worldwide Beautiful’

Brown debuts track during civil unrest

Kane Brown has released a timely new single called “Worldwide Beautiful.” The hip hop-infused track combines Brown’s signature narrative with an intense vocal performance that strips the world of color and unites everyone as one race, human.

The chorus reads, “You’re missing every color / If you’re only seeing black and white / Tell me how you’re gonna change your mind / If your heart’s unmovable / We ain’t that different from each other / From one to another, I look around / And see worldwide beautiful.”

“Been holding onto it for a year but this feels like it’s needed during this time,” Brown shares on social media.

Profits from the track will benefit the Boys and Girls Club of America to advocate for justice and equality for the millions of youth that are counting on us.

Brown, who is of mixed race, shares his thoughts on the racism and civil unrest that has been the forefront in America since the Memorial Day killing of George Floyd from Minneapolis, MN.

“Attention: First of all I’m mixed. I’m black to the white guy, and I’m white to the black guy until a radical thing comes into play, and then I’m supposed to play the black side,” he shared earlier this week. “I honestly think it’s ignorant as hell to kill a human being in cold blood without them doing anything especially handcuffed. I think it’s stupid a man can’t job without being gunned down. If everyone was seen as people, if everyone was treated the same, if everyone was charged the same sentence, this shit wouldn’t be happening. #BlackLivesMatter. We are all people, too. Like I said before, we all need to become one race (Americans). Stop dividing it or it will never be solved! I love everyone! Even if you spit on me, I will find it in my heart to let it go! Let’s come together and work this shit out!”
