The singer returns with a new single
Kelly Clarkson’s new single “Heartbeat Song” is being released digitally and to radio on Monday, January 12th.
The announcement was revealed on Twitter on Wednesday (Jan 7th) with a 15 second teaser video featuring a heartbeat. “Kelly is back… 1.12.15 Visit to learn more! – Team KC,” the singer’s team tweeted.
Fans can unlock the single artwork by sharing the above tweet and then visit Clarkson’s website to monitor the progress in the form of a boombox volume dial. If enough shares are reached before the January 12th release, the cover will be unveiled.
Additional content is expected as well.
Over New Year’s weekend, Clarkson revealed that the first single would be released this month and teased “2 clues for the first single ….Proof of life & Dr. Dre #TheNextEpisode”.
Despite dabbling in country recently, Clarkson also confirmed that the album is pop with “pop-rock/country/r&b/dance” influence.
No release date has been given as of press time.
