RIAA multi-platinum certified rap superstar and entrepreneur Kevin Gates announces national The Amilio Tour. The run, presented by Live Nation, will include 36 shows, kicking off in Boston on October 1st, spanning the US, and ending in Riverside, California on November 23rd. The Amilio Tour is hosted by DJ Chose across all dates. The tour announcement follows Gates’ recently released platinum-single follow up โHard For Pt. 2 (Many Times)โ and the March 2025 mixtape, Iโm Him 2.
Presales start tomorrow (Tues, May 6th) ahead of the general sale on Friday, May 9th at 10 am local time.
Gates is a chart-topping rapper, singer, and entrepreneur known for his raw lyricism, introspective storytelling, and deep Southern roots. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Gates began making music in the mid-2000s, gaining a loyal following with his mixtapes that showcased his unique blend of melodic hooks and street-hardened verses. His breakout mixtape, Stranger Than Fiction in 2013, debuted in the Top 40 of the Billboard 200, paving the way for his critically acclaimed debut album, Islah in 2016, which earned platinum certification and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 without features.
