Platinum selling artist Kid Ink is taking over his native Los Angeles this week! Tha Alumni Music Group/88 Classic/RCA Records artist tore down the stage for the Jimmy Kimmel Live! outdoor concert series on Tuesday, May 6th performing his single “Main Chick” and platinum selling single “Show Me.” Ink brought some special guests along for the ride and was accompanied on stage by drummer Travis Barker and singer-songwriter Eric Bellinger.
While still on his sold out “My Own Lane” North American tour, Ink will be one of the featured performers on this year’s Wango Tango Concert presented by Los Angeles’ KIIS 102.7 FM Saturday, May 10th at the Stub Center in Carson, CA and hosted by Ryan Seacrest. Kid Ink joins the ranks of fellow hitmakers with a line-up that includes Shakira, Maroon 5, B.o.B. and more. Friday May 9th, Kid Ink will step up to the mound at Dodger Stadium to throw out the first pitch for the Dodgers vs. Giants.
Released January 7th, 2014, Kid Ink’s major label debut My Own Lane entered at #1 on Billboard’s Rap Albums chart, #2 on Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums chart and #3 on both the Top 200 and Top Digital Albums charts, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
