The Kid Laroi, Illenium, Tiesto headlining Breakaway Carolina

Multi-city music festival hits Charlotte, NC this fall

Prime Social Group has announced their fourth event in the multi-city, genre blending Breakaway Music Festival in Charlotte, North Carolina starting September 30th at zMAX Dragway at Charlotte Motor Speedway with live and in-person music from The Kid LAROI, Illenium, Tiësto, Quinn XCII, John Summit, Tai Verdes, GAYLE, ACRAZE, Gordo, Sullivan King, J. Worra, Nurko and more.

The Breakaway Music Festival will kick off in Kansas City on August 5th and 6th before traveling to Michigan on August 19th and 20th, Ohio on August 26-28th, North Carolina on September 30th and October 1st, and California on October 14th and 15th. Breakaway is working closely with partners and local officials in all five markets to ensure quality festival experiences fans have come to expect while implementing heightened health and safety protocols.

In addition to the stellar lineup, Breakaway will have onsite activations at each festival including Mike’s Hard Lemonade Seltzer Silent Disco, a roller rink, rides, local art, and more, taking its unique, all-encompassing music experience to a whole new level.

Two-day passes for Breakaway Carolina start at $114 on Wednesday, May 18th at 10 am EST via breakwayfestival.com.

The Breakaway Music Festival began in Columbus, OH, in 2013 and quickly grew into a two-day, multiple stage festival bringing exceptional names like Chance The Rapper and Kendrick Lamar to the Midwest. With several market expansions over the years, the multi-city festival has amassed a loyal following with over 60,000 in attendance in 2021 in Ohio, North Carolina, and Michigan.
