Korn to release limited edition photo book to commemorate 20th anniversary

In celebration of the 20th anniversary of Korn’s debut self-titled album, released on October 11, 1994, the band is releasing a limited edition 300 page hard cover book including photos from the archives paired with brand new notes and commentary from the members. From the stage to the dressing room to the recording studio, fans will have unlimited access to everything that went into the band’s career so far.

The members of Korn built an immortal bond back in 1994 the first time that Jonathan Davis, James “Munky” Shaffer, Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu, Brian “Head” Welch and David Silveria decided to make music as a unit. They shed blood, sweat, and tears in the studio and on stage, fashioning an undeniable, unsettling, and unique sound that would permanently alter the course of rock music. Over the past 20 years, there have been eleven seminal releases, two Grammy Awards, countless sold out shows, and 35 million albums sold worldwide.

“Without you, there would be no shows, albums or reason to get in a bus and do this,” the band states. “Now you have the chance to own a piece of the band’s history.”

Fans can pre-order the book through PledgeMusic where they can choose from several different exclusives. The book is available for $50 with a signed copy for $100. Fans who want more can get a limited edition lithograph print of the self-titled album cover plus the photo book for $90. Finally, fans who pay $125 will get the photo book plus a signed CD of the debut album.
