Global superstar, producer and DJ, Kyrre Gørvell-Dahll – a.k.a Kygo, has announced his virtual Golden Hour Festival presented in partnership with live streaming entertainment leader LiveXLive and Palm Tree Crew. The event will be broadcasted on May 29th at 4 pm ET/1 pm PT/10 pm CEST on Kygo’s YouTube channel powered by LiveXLive. Fans can also watch on Kygo’s and LiveXLive’s social channels including Twitch, TikTok and Facebook, as well as on LiveXLive’s apps and website.

The Golden Hour Festival will see Kygo perform his third studio album Golden Hour in its entirety for the very first time to a global audience. Additional performances include music by Alan Walker, Jimmy Buffett, OneRepublic and Zac Brown as well as Chelsea Cutler, Haux, Oh Wonder, Rhys Lewis and Sandro Cavazza. A guided meditation led by Jesse Israel of The Big Quiet in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month and magic show performed by magician Julius Dein will also be held.

Celebrated tattoo artist Dr. Woo will design exclusive merch for the Golden Hour Festival. All net proceeds from items bought will be donated to the Woo x Baby2Baby project.

The Golden Hour Festival will also support Baby2Baby, Crew Nation and the World Health Organization’s (WHO) COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund. Through the festival, fans can fill out the donation form or text “GOLDEN” to 707070 to support Baby2Baby and Crew Nation. During the festival, fans watching on YouTube can click the blue “donate” button on the broadcast to support the WHO’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund. All net proceeds will be donated to Baby2Baby, Crew Nation and WHO’s efforts in combating the current pandemic. YouTube and Google.org will also match $2 for every $1 donated up to $5M, to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the WHO campaign. By donating to the community fundraiser, Kygo’s fans will support WHO’s work to track and understand the spread of the COVID-19 virus; ensure patients get the care they need and frontline workers get essential supplies and information; and help accelerate efforts to develop vaccines, tests and treatments.
