This is second time trek has been postponed

Lady Gaga has rescheduled The Chromatica Ball Tour for the second time, pushing it back another year to summer 2022. The six city trek was set to kick off in late July in Europe, but has been delayed again due to restrictions still in place around the world.

“While some parts of the world are moving quickly to open up, others are not yet ready,” Gaga shares in an email Ticketmaster sent to ticket holders making the announcement. “So until we can confirm all global dates, we have to postpone The Chromatica Ball shows to the summer of 2022.”

Ticketmaster encourages fans to hold onto their tickets until the new dates are solidified. Refunds will be offered in the future.

For all shows in the US, $1 from each ticket sold shall be donated to Born This Way Foundation. Founded by Lady Gaga and her mother Cynthia Germanotta in 2012, Born This Way Foundation is committed to supporting the wellness of young people and working with them to build a kinder and braver world. We work with young people to build communities that provide approachable resources, foster genuine connections and drive action.

The pop star released Chromatica on May 29, 2020, after being delayed from an April 10th release due to COVID-19. The 16 track album is available in a variety of configurations and includes “Rain On Me” with Ariana Grande and debut single “Stupid Love.” Elton John and Blackpink also make special appearances on Chromatica. The album debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart.

Gaga has been busy in the studio with Chromatica producer BloodPop working on a remix edition of the album, according to EW. Rina Sawayama, Charli XCX are among the collaborations who’ve shared studio time with the pop star. A special 10-year anniversary edition of Born This Way, which will include reinterpretations of Gaga’s classic songs performed by new artists, is also in the works. No further details are available for either project as of press time.
