Video includes cameos by Offset, Angel Reese & others

ATL-based Grammy nominated rapper Latto links up with Grammy winning rapper Cardi B to “Put It On Da Floor Again.” Out now via RCA Records, the single drops alongside an official video where Latto and Cardi put it all on da floor in ATL with surprise cameos from Offset, BabyDrill and LSU Women’s Basketball star Angel Reese

Debuted at Coachella Weekend One this year, the original version of this “Put It On Da Floor” remix, produced by Go Grizzly (Future), Squat & Pooh Beatz (Jack Harlow), has garnered over 15 million streams worldwide across all platforms in addition to landing on multiple playlists including RapCaviar, Rap Life, New Music Daily and more. With over 250k TikTok video creations and counting, the track debuted No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Trending Songs chart, is currently No. 15 on TikTok’s Hot 50 US Chart and has received co-signs from artists like Lil Nas X, Yung Miami, Lizzo, Coco Jones, Meek Mill and more.

Latto ended last year hitting the lotto – she garnered two 2023 Grammy nominations for Best New Artist and Melodic Rap Performance for “Big Energy (Live)” in addition to winning awards for Best New Artist at the 2022 People’s Choice Awards and BET Awards. The three-time 2022 AMA nominee and four-time 2022 VMA nominee presented at both respective award shows and was announced with the honor of the Breakthrough Artist Award for the 2022 Variety Hitmakers. Recently, Latto was honored with the Powerhouse Award at Billboard’s 2023 Women in Music Awards and is now back on tour with Lizzo for the second leg of her Special Tour.

With over one billion streams worldwide across all platforms and accolades continuing to rack up from her success, it’s clear that Latto has set the stage to become a global superstar. The release of her hit RIAA-certified 2x Platinum single “Big Energy” in September 2021 has made Latto inescapable. She went on to make history with the single as the first female rapper to ever have a No. 1 record at pop, rhythm and urban radio with the same single. Overall, she’s also the first female artist in 12 years to accomplish this feat, joining the company of Rihanna (“Rude Boy”), Alicia Keys (“No One”), Beyoncé (“Irreplaceable”), Mary J. Blige (“Be Without You”) and Mariah Carey (“We Belong Together”), the last five to previously achieve this.

Last year, she was also nominated for Top Rap Female Artist for the 2022 Billboard Music Awards and gave a fresh, elevated performance of “Big Energy.” Latto delivered another show-stopping performance at the end of June with a medley of “It’s Givin” and “Big Energy (Remix)” – for the latter she brought out Mariah Carey and Young Dirty Bastard – after winning her first-ever award for Best New Artist at the 2022 BET Awards. Most recently, she performed at Spotify’s Best New Artist event, the legendary Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala and Billboard’s 2023 Women in Music Awards.
