Events run Mar and Apr

LCD Soundsystem has confirmed details of its first live shows of 2022. The band will perform four shows at Franklin Music Hall in Philadelphia on March 28, 29, 30, 31, and follow with four shows at Boston’s newest venue Roadrunner on April 3, 4, 5, 6.

Tickets for all eight shows will go on-sale to the general public beginning Friday, February 25th at 10 am ET via AXS.com, the official ticket outlet for both Franklin Music Hall and Roadrunner. Fan presales will begin Thursday, February 24th at 10 am ET via Bowery Presents.

$.25 from each Boston ticket purchased will go to The Shout Syndicate, a Boston-based, volunteer-run fundraising effort who raises money to help fund youth-led arts programs at proven non-profit creative youth development organizations in Greater Boston. Housed at The Boston Foundation, The Shout Syndicate works in partnership with the Mayor’s Office of Arts & Culture’s creative plan, Boston Creates.

Ticket holders to all shows will be required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status. Full vaccination means 14 days or more have passed since the attendee has received a single-dose vaccine or the second dose in a two-dose series. Acceptable vaccination documentation may be a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, a digital copy of such card or such other proof as is permitted locally.

In December, the band canceled the final three shows of its 20 show Brooklyn Steel residency due to concerns over the omicron COVID-19 variant. The shows, which started in November 2021, were the first since 2017.
