The book is one of many projects guitarist and co-founder Jimmy Page has confirmed is coming in celebration of the group’s 50th milestone. Page confirms unheard Zeppelin music will also be released.

“There’ll be Led Zeppelin product coming out, for sure, that people haven’t heard because I’m working on that,” Page states in an interview with the Academy of Achievement. “Next year will be the fiftieth year so there’s all manner of surprises coming out.”

No word on what music will be released as Page has previously stated much of the studio material the band recorded was used on the companion discs of each of their nine studio albums that were reissued between 2014-2015.

The band’s label, Warner Music Group (WMG), is prepping “a series of high-profile events” for the group’s 50th anniversary in 2018. In September, Tim Fraser-Harding, President, Global Catalogue, Recorded Music, submitted a letter to support a proposed statue of drummer John Bonham in his hometown of Redditch, England stating the label plans which include an “extensive outreach to media and fans worldwide” for celebration. The proposed statue of Bonham in is planned to be installed for what would have been Bonham’s 70th birthday on May 31, 2018, with Fraser-Harding wanting the event to be apart of the group’s milestone celebration.
