Leona Lewis announces ‘Christmas, With Love’

Three-time Grammy-nominated recording artist Leona Lewis returns this season with her first ever Christmas album entitled Christmas, With Love, set for release December 3rd on Syco/RCA Records. Christmas, With Love is a selection of seasonal classics and three brand new originals and soon to be holiday classics. Packed full of fun and festivity with a Motown vibe throughout, this delivers the sound of Christmas 2013 interpreted by Leona Lewis.

“One More Sleep” (Richard ‘Biff’ Stannard, Iain James, Jez Ashurst, Bradford Ellis, Leona Lewis) is the album’s lead track and will be released on November 5th at iTunes, Amazon and all digital providers.

The album Christmas, With Love was produced by Biff Stannard and Ash Howes who need little introduction as the team behind hit tracks for the likes of Kylie Minogue, U2, The Spice Girls and Will Young to name but a few.

This is a collection of tracks interpreted in Lewis’ own unique way, imbued with a playful Motown mood throughout.

In addition to the seven holiday classics and brand new single “One More Sleep,” the album features two other original songs: the hauntingly pretty “Your Hallelujah,” written by Leona Lewis, Jon Levine, Autumn Rowe, Lauren Christy, and the fun and flirty “Mr. Right,” written by Richard ‘Biff’ Stannard, Camille Purcell, Jez Ashurst, Ash Howes, Leona Lewis.

“This has been such a busy year for me having been on tour, shooting my first movie and being in the studio,” Lewis states. “But I cannot wait to get out there this Christmas and perform these songs. I had such fun recording this record and that really comes through in the songs. I am looking forward to spreading a little Christmas cheer!”
