Lil Tecca unveils ‘Bad Time’

The song appears on his new album out soon

Flaunting fiery lyrical acumen once again, multi-platinum sensation Lil Tecca unveils an unshakable and undeniable new single “Bad Time” out now via Galactic Records/Republic Records.

In addition to this release, it has been announced that Lil Tecca holds the most platinum certifications as a lead artist among all rappers currently under 21.

Exhibiting his impeccable beat selection and keen arrangement, the keys shimmer and the synths warble on the track as a clean guitar swims upstream against the punchy beat. Balancing future-facing hip-hop swagger and throwback R&B bounce, Tecca alternates the speed of his slick flow, giving his cadence gas. The video matches the energy of this song creating another great Tecca visual.

It lands in the wake of the statement-making “Taste,” which has already surged with north of 10 million streams worldwide.

Most importantly, everything heralds the arrival of his anxiously awaited fourth full-length offering, Plan A. It follows 2023’s Tec. The album marked his fourth consecutive Top 15 debut on the Billboard 200 and has garnered over 1.7 billion streams worldwide.

Earlier this year, he unleashed the powerhouse two-pack “Number 2 / Never Last.” He amassed impressive numbers as “Number 2” generated over 50 million streams followed by 21 million streams on “Never Last.”

The bundle catalyzed his momentum from this year’s fan favorite “Down With Me.” Since its arrival in January, it has already popped off over 108 million streams.

He teased Plan A with teasers across multiple social media accounts. More info coming soon.

He also wrapped his headlining Hvn on Earth Tour. Performing in 19 cities across the continent, Tecca wowed audiences on a nightly basis joined by openers such as Tana, SoFaygo, and Chow Lee.
