Multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning music icon Lil Wayne surprises fans and releases the critically acclaimed No Ceilings Mixtape on all digital streaming platforms via Young Money Records/Republic Records. In honor of the late Kobe Bryant, the project features the bonus track “Kobe Bryant,” which Wayne performed as tribute to the NBA legend at this year’s BET Awards.
Earlier this summer, Wayne also celebrated the fifth anniversary of the Free Weezy Album (FWA) by releasing the project on all digital streaming platforms. Fans can also revisit the inaugural season of his highly successful show – Young Money Radio – on Apple Music. The 12 episode season featured an all-star lineup of incredible guests, including Dr. Dre, Drake, Birdman, Eminem, Nicki Minaj, Mike Tyson, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Kevin Hart, Chris Brown, Jamie Foxx, Shaq, Stephen Jackson, Kevin Durant, Mannie Fresh, DJ Khaled, Travis Scott, Deion Sanders, Babyface, Jessie Reyez, Lil Baby and more.
Wayne also dropped the deluxe version of his chart-topping album Funeral, which includes eight new tracks featuring Lil Uzi Vert, Tory Lanez, Doja Cat, Jessie Reyez, Benny The Butcher and Conway The Machine. Funeral marks Wayne’s fifth No. 1 album on the U.S. Billboard 200 Chart, joining Tha Carter V (2018), Tha Carter IV (2011), I Am Not a Human Being (2010) and Tha Carter III (2008).
