DJ Premier, Grandmaster Flash, Kid Capri & others to perform
Live Nation Urban and Mass Appeal have announced the first-ever Park Jams: A Juneteenth Celebration of Hip Hop Presented by Google Pixel. It’s a celebration in honor of Juneteenth and Hip Hop 50 on June 19th. It takes place at SummerStage in Central Park in New York City from 4-10 pm with an A-list lineup of elite hip hop pioneers, icons, and contemporaries, including DJ Premier, Grandmaster Flash, Kid Capri, DJ Spinking, Statik Selektah, DJ Diamond Kuts, and Nyla Symone.

The inaugural Park Jams pays homage to the origins of rap music, by taking it back to where it all began. With a stacked bill, it will transport attendees to hip hop’s genesis on a trip guided by some of its most influential voices and most impactful anthems.
Park Jams: A Juneteenth Celebration of Hip Hop is a part of Mass Appeal and Live Nation Urban’s Hip Hop 50 Live partnership. Fans can look forward to additional Park Jams in other major cities across the country.
