Song features Claire Rosinkranz
Chicago-bred production duo Louis The Child has release their new single entitled “Walls” featuring Southern California singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, Claire Rosinkranz, along with the music video. The track follows the duo’s most recent single, “Daybreak” featuring Zachary Knowles, and is a continuation of Louis The Child’s new chapter, as they gear up for their forthcoming sophomore album. The playful music video for “Walls” takes place on a bumper car course and is perfectly reflective of the high energy, feel-good, summertime song. “Walls” Featuring Claire Rosinkranz is available now at all digital retail providers via Interscope Records.
“We’re excited for you to hear our new song, ‘Walls’ with Claire Rosinkranz! This is a fun, light-hearted indie dance tune and feels perfect to bring us into the summer,” the duo shares.
“It was so fun teaming up with Louis The Child on ‘Walls’! For me, the song perfectly captures what summer feels like, and I can’t wait for fans to hopefully listen and dance to it all summer long,” adds Rosinkranz.
Additionally, Louis The Child recently announced their second annual Alter-Ego, a multi-stage takeover at the Brooklyn Mirage on August 19th where they will be playing a Black Marble set and a back-to-back headlining set with a special guest. The highly anticipated event will give fans the opportunity to see their favorite artists step outside of their comfort zones and play experimental sets. Supporting artists on the lineup include Blonde Maze, Chromebodies, Joyride, The Knocks, Snakehips, and more. This year, the event will be bigger and better with an additional room designated to stand-up comedy and live improv, as well as a Space Yacht takeover in a separate room.
Louis The Child will also be playing a number of festivals this summer including Lollapalooza, Moonrise Festival, and they just performed at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival last weekend. The guys will also play two shows this September 23rd and September 24th at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. While the first show is already sold out, tickets for the September 24th show are on-sale now.
