Luke Bryan named 2025 RodeoHouston Star Trail of Fame honoree

Bryan joins the ranks of Brooks & Dunn, George Strait, Reba & others with the honor

Country music superstar Luke Bryan was honored Sunday as the 11th inductee into the Star Trail of Fame by Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo officials.

In a special ceremony held at the Star Trail of Fame Wall in NRG Center, Bryan was honored and celebrated by the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s Chairman of the Board, Pat Mann Phillips, and President and CEO, Chris Boleman. The Star Trail of Fame pays tribute to stars who have made a profound impact on the Rodeo.

“Luke Bryan has consistently been one of the most desired performers at RodeoHouston and his influence on our organization and our attendees is immeasurable,” Boleman states. “Bryan is a reflection of all the best of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and we are proud to induct him into the Star Trail of Fame.”

Bryan is the 11th star honored with a gold plaque to commemorate his years of outstanding entertainment at RodeoHouston. His 2025 performance on the star stage marked his 12th since 2012. He was one of four Star Trail of Fame artists to perform this year.

Bryan shares the wall with some of RodeoHouston’s most popular and honored performers, including Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley, Brooks & Dunn, Charley Pride, Elvis Presley, Gene Autry, George Strait, Reba, Roy Rogers and Selena.

“What an honor it has been for me to perform at RodeoHouston for so many years,” Bryan adds. “The impact the Rodeo has on Texas students and the community is something I am so proud to have contributed to.”

Bryan will close out the nearly three-week-long event with a performance after tonight’s rodeo.

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo promotes agriculture by hosting an annual, family-friendly experience that educates and entertains the public, supports Texas youth, showcases Western heritage, and provides year-round educational support within the community. Since its beginning in 1932, the Rodeo has committed more than $630 million to the youth of Texas and education. The 2025 Rodeo is scheduled for March 4-23.
