Luke Bryan releases ‘Down To One’

Song is fourth track from latest album

Four-time Entertainer of the Year and American Idol judge Luke Bryan has delivered a new single to country radio, “Down To One,” from his sixth consecutive No. 1 debuting album, Born Here Live Here Die Here. “Down To One” is the follow up to the album’s three previous No. 1 singles, “Knockin’ Boots,” “What She Wants Tonight,” and “One Margarita,” which landed as his 25th career No. 1 single, has more than 210 million streams and the song’s video has more than 22 million views on YouTube and garnered Luke a CMT Music Awards nomination in the Male Video of the Year category.

“This is one that keeps coming up as a favorite from so many fans since I released this album,” Bryan shares. “From the first time I heard this song I could not get it out of my head. The melody just roped me in. Excited to officially have it as my next single.”

“Down To One,” written by Dallas Davidson, Justin Ebach and Kyle Fishman, is the tenth track off the Born Here Live Here Die Here album that critics rave as “an artistic statement” and “continues the sly expansion of country music that Bryan helped set into motion nearly a decade ago.”

The album was released in August after being pushed by COVID-19. His Proud To Be Right Here Tour was also delayed to 2021 with Morgan Wallen, Caylee Hammack and Runaway June. The rescheduled tour dates kick off June 4, 2021 and run through October 9th.

Bryan is one of several headliners for Rock The Ocean’s Tortuga Music Festival in Ft. Lauderdale, FL that was pushed to November 2021 due to the pandemic. The oceanside festival will now be held next year in continuing its commitment to the health and safety of fans, partners, employees, artists and the community. Bryan will be joined by Miranda Lambert and Tim McGraw, along with all other artists on the bill, as headliners for 2021.
