Dates were postponed due to COVID-19

Luke Combs has rescheduled his What You See Is What You Get 2020 tour to 2021. The news was expected due to COVID-19 restrictions and cases not slowing down throughout the country. Combs shared the news via social media.

“Never in a million years did I think the show I played in Europe this past March would be the last headlining show I’d play this year. Believe me, I’m just as bummed as y’all are…” he writes. “Playing shows for y’all is what I love to do, but I want y’all to be completely safe, so we’re rescheduling all of the shows that were scheduled for the rest of this year to 2021. The new dates are listed below, and tickets already purchased for previous dates will be valid for new dates. I can’t wait to see y’all in person next year.”

The tour now resumes June 22, 2021 in Albuquerque, NM with a two night stand in New York and Boston on November 29th and 30th and December 2nd and 3rd, respectively. Tickets for the previously scheduled dates will be honored for the rescheduled ones.

The trek features Ashley McBryde, Drew Parker and Ray Fulcher performing with a new in-the-round stage design.

Continuing his monumental success on the road, Combs initially sold out 16 of the 24 shows of the What You See Is What You Get Tour since tickets went on-sale this earlier this year, including both of his Madison Square Garden headline debut performances.

Last week, Combs made history once again as the first artist ever to have their first two studio albums spend 25 weeks or more at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart — breaking Taylor Swift’s previously held record at 24 weeks. The achievement comes as his acclaimed global No. 1 record, What You See Is What You Get, once again tops the chart, while his 2017 debut, This One’s For You, has spent 50 non-consecutive weeks at No. 1 — tying the record for the longest reign atop the chart with Shania Twain’s Come On Over in 1997.

What You See Is What You Get debuted at No. 1 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart as well as Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart last November with 172,000 equivalent units sold and also enjoyed the largest streaming week ever for a country album with 74 million on-demand streams. It also achieved the biggest first week of album streams ever for a country artist on Apple Music and was the first country album ever to hit No. 1 on the platform’s U.S. overall albums chart, while also setting a new global record for first-week streams for a country album at Spotify and breaking the Amazon Music record for more first-week streams than any other country album debut. Continuing his record-breaking streak at country radio, Combs last single, “Does To Me” featuring Eric Church, recently spent two weeks at No. 1 on both the Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase Country Aircheck charts making it his eighth consecutive No. 1 single — a first on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart.

During the quarantine, Combs has been releasing or teasing unreleased music. On May 1st, he released the timely “Six Feet Apart” to country radio and digital outlets. Written and recorded during the stay-at-home orders, Combs premiered the single during a livestream concert in April.
