Luke Combs scores 19th No 1 hit

“Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma” tops the country radio charts

Luke Combs furthers his historic run at country radio this week as his single, “Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma,” is currently No. 1 on both the Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase/Country Aircheck charts. His 19th consecutive single to top the Mediabase chart, “Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma” is featured on the soundtrack for the new Twisters movie.

The achievement adds to yet another triumphant year for Combs, who is nominated for three awards at this year’s 58th Annual CMA Awards — Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year and Album of the Year (Fathers & Sons).

The first record of its kind, Fathers & Sons was released this past June on Columbia Nashville. A collection of 12 poignant tracks, the album was recorded entirely live and features Combs most personal songwriting to date, as he reflects on his own experiences being a dad to his two sons and the unique bond between parents and their children.

Combs recently became the first country artist to have three singles certified RIAA diamond as his songs “Hurricane” and “When It Rains It Pours” joined “Beautiful Crazy” in achieving this milestone. He also recently joined forces with Post Malone for two songs on Malone’s new album, F-1 Trillion (“Guy For That” and “Missin’ You Like This”), is the subject of a new exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame and has partnered with Opry Entertainment Group to open Category 10, a massive multi-level entertainment complex in downtown Nashville later this fall.

Combs recently completed his record-breaking Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old stadium tour and will perform select dates this fall including two nights at Washington’s Gorge Amphitheatre on October 4-5. Combs will also embark on a stadium tour across New Zealand and Australia next year and will headline 2025’s Stagecoach Festival.
