July, August and Sept dates canceled

Country music recording artist Mark Chesnutt has announced the cancellation of his show dates from July 9th in Lumberyard, TX through September 5th in Casimo, CA. His appearance at Dierks Bentley’s Seven Peaks Festival on Colorado over Labor Day Weekend is also affected.

The unfortunate circumstance arises as a result of severe back pain that ultimately moved Chesnutt to schedule unavoidable, immediate surgery, which will require a nine to ten week recovery period.

“I’ve been suffering with this for a very long time, and postponed as long as I could,” Chesnutt shares. “When the doctor says: ‘you have no choice,’ you have no choice! I hate to get off the road, just as the venues opened back up. I was really looking forward to this year! I appreciate the support and understanding from my fans, and I ‘ll see you all real soon.”

Chesnutt plays an average of 100 dates per year. Shows are currently being rescheduled. Fans who purchased advance tickets are encouraged to visit the corresponding venue websites, or call the venue, for show date reschedule or ticket refund information.
