The Joy of Christmas kicks off the day after Thanksgiving
Martina McBride is hitting the road for her first annual holiday themed tour, called The Joy of Christmas. The month long trek kicks off on Black Friday, November 24th in Biloxi, MS with stops in Paducah, Champaign and Red Bank before wrapping Friday, December 22nd in Roanoke, Virginia.
”The Joy Of Christmas is a magical show full of beautiful scenery and classic beloved Christmas music as well as a few hits from my career. It’s a show for the whole family” says McBride. “With this tour we create a sort of Christmas winter wonderland. If this show doesn’t leave you full of the Christmas spirit I’m not sure what will!”
Tickets go on-sale to the general public on Friday, August 25th. Three levels of VIP Experiences will be offered that include a premium concert ticket, plus an exclusive Christmas card signed by McBride, a meet & greet and Christmas themed pre-show party with hot cocoa and holiday beverages.
Tickets for Lake Charles, Louisiana and Paducah, Kentucky go on sale at a later date.
McBride is celebrating the 25th anniversary of her debut album, The Time Has Come, this year. The album garnered three singles and landed her the opening spot on the Garth Brooks tour that same year. McBride is currently in the studio working on new music.
