Metallica is celebrating Giving Tuesday with two limited-edition products, both benefiting the group’s All Within My Hands Foundation (AWMHF).

Fans can pre-order Helping Hands…Live & Acoustic at The Masonic, a two-disc recording of their inaugural Helping Hands Benefit Concert, on limited-edition, 140-g colored vinyl. The set was recorded by Jason Gossman, mixed by Greg Fidelman, and mastered by Reuben Cohen at Bernie Grundman Mastering with vinyl lacquers by Kevin Bartley at Capitol Studios.

The vinyl will be available on February 1st at independent retail around the world (and Amazon), with pre-orders beginning for Giving Tuesday in the Metallica Store as well as the Probity Merch UK/EU Metallica Shop.

The band is also releasing a limited-edition etched glass featuring the iconic Pushead artwork for “One,” available on today (Tues, Nov 27th) at 1 pm PST.

Proceeds from the sale of both items will be donated directly to AWMH and will be used to support communities in need, primarily in the areas of workforce education and the fight against hunger.

AWMH was established in 2017 as a way for Metallica and the entire Metallica family to give back to communities around the world that have supported the band on tour. In its first six months of operation, the Foundation donated more than $750,000 to local food banks around the world — a practice the band and AWMH have continued on the North American WorldWired Tour, donating $10,000 to local food banks in every city and meeting dedicated people who focus their daily lives on helping others.

The Metallica family and the All Within My Hands Foundation board members are committed to running an organization of the highest integrity where expenses are kept to a minimum and are paid for entirely by the band, the board, and friends who have worked with the band over many years and are excited to help in this mission. As such, one hundred percent of all donations from fans and third parties go to the organizations AWMH supports.
