Metallica will livestream their final North American WorldWired Tour stop from Edmonton, Canada tonight (Wed, Aug 16th). The livestream starts at 10:45 pm ET at webcast.livemetallica.com and on their YouTube channel.

“What a summer!! Thank you to some of the craziest, most passionate, intense avid fans on the planet!! This has been another memorable and special summer run for us seeing so many new faces along with lots of old friends as you welcomed us back for our first tour of North America in over eight years,” the group says in a statement. “As we near the end, we want to share one more evening with all of you by streaming the final night of the WorldWired North American stadium tour live, this Wednesday, August 16th, from Edmonton.

The livestream can be viewed across all internet connected platforms.

The group launched the WorldWired Tour in May and has run a course overseas in Europe. The group created the All Within My Hands Foundation, which will raise funds to support a cross-section of national, local and Bay Area charities that the individual band members support, along with continuing to donate to music education programs and local food banks through a collaboration with Crowdrise.

The WorldWired Tour is in support of the group’s Hardwired…To Self-Destruct which was released in November 2016 via the band’s Blackened Recordings. The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has certified the album platinum for sales of more than a million copies. In May, the group was presented a plaque for the accolade. Within ten days, it sold 800,000 copies and becoming No. 1 in the United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland and Sweden.
