Midwest Soul XChange brings Americana with ‘New American Century’

For anyone who thinks an album filled with lots of Americana music can’t be a chart topper, Midwest Soul XChange’s New American Century album can and should be. Besides its Americana influences, there’s plenty of pop and rock, harmonies that will have the band be compared to some of the best harmony-heavy bands, but also an indie rock edge. It will definitely remind listeners of some of the best indie rockers making some of the most influential music today on the down low.

With 11 tracks on this mostly excellent album, New American Century captures the essence of the American spirit. Along with that, they can be the ones to bring pure Americana music back to the forefront. This is an album not to ignore.
