Moneybagg Yo teams with Lil Wayne & Ashanti for ‘Wockesha’ remix

New remix available now

Moneybagg Yo shares the highly anticipated remix of his hit track “Wockesha” with Lil Wayne and Ashanti. The original track kicks off with a cameo from hip hop legend Lil Wayne, who divulges his infamous speech on dismissing those who can’t mind their business. The remix provides an additional full verse from Wanye as well as Ashanti. Wanye kicks off the remix with his thoughts on Wockesha while Bagg takes the chorus and leaves the R&B songstress to close out the track with her silky smooth vocals and a powerful verse of her own.

Continuing an unbreakable hot streak at the top in 2021, the multi-platinum Moneybagg Yo also captured No. 1 at radio with his latest smash “Wockesha.” Additionally, the hit single picked up a platinum certification from the RIAA. It has amassed over 318 million global streams to date, while Revolt TV described it as “a bonafide hit.” It is available on his blockbuster chart-topping gold-selling blockbuster, A Gangsta’s Pain. The record secured his first career No. 1 album placement on the Billboard 200 chart, moving over 110K units during the first week of its release, resulting in one of the biggest hip hop debuts of the year to date. It returned to the top spot in its third week, raking in an additional 61k units.

Next up, Moneybagg Yo’s 21-date, cross-country tour will kick off in Tampa in late September and will feature Fredo Bang, BIG30, Big Homiie G, Blacc Zacc and TripStar with more new dates to be announced in the coming days. Tickets are available now.

Beyond his own tour, this year Bagg has performed at several festivals, including Rolling Loud Miami, Made In America, Summer Jam and is set to perform at Rolling Loud New York and Rolling Loud California. This week, he also celebrated his birthday with a Bagg Bday Edition concert in his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee with CMG founder Yo Gotti, NLess Entertainment artist, Big 30, HotBoii, Co Cash and more.
