Upon its release, One Thing At A Time arrived as Spotify’s largest streaming debut of any genre in 2023 and the most streamed country album in a single day by a male artist.

The country star is the fifth artist in the past 12 months to have cleared at least 400,00 units in a single week. He joins Drake, 21 Savage, Taylor Swift and Harry Styles in the elite club.

The project follows the record-breaking Dangerous: The Double Album that topped the Billboard Top 200 chart its first 10 weeks, at the height of being blacklisted after he was caught on video using a racial slur in February 2021. Dangerous has spent 110 non consecutive weeks in the top 10, surpassing The Sound of Music soundtrack at 109 weeks.
