Motley Crue announces second Las Vegas residency for fall

They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, and that’s certainly the motto Motley Crue lives by.  It was announced via Twitter on Monday (April 1st) that the most notorious band will be returning to the most notorious city for a second residency this fall and this wasn’t an April Fool’s Joke.

Confirmed Tuesday (April 2nd), the rockers best known for taking their music and lives to the extreme will take over the stage again at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for twelve exclusive shows from September 18th through October 6th.  Each of the twelve shows from their first residency last February sold out blowing fans and critics away.

The band has partnered up again with AEG Live to present an all new production designed exclusively for The Joint which I heard will include a stage dressed like a trashed hotel room.  Like always with Motley Crue, fans should expect the unexpected and many surprises that will interweave a set-list full of hits.

Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10 am PST, but fans can join the new Motley Crue Fan Club to gain access to an exclusive general admission presale beginning Wednesday at 10 am PST.  VIP presale also begins Wednesday at 10 am PST through Ticketmaster.  Tickets start at $49.50 (plus applicable service fees) and go on sale to the general public Friday at 10am PST at the Hard Rock Hotel Box Office, all Ticketmaster locations, online at Ticketmaster.com or charge-by-phone at 800.745.3000.
