MusiCares charity auction offering Paul McCartney experience

The latest GRAMMY Charity Online Auctions is offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience with multi-GRAMMY-winning artist Paul McCartney. Presented in partnership with Kompolt, the package is available for bid through June 23rd at eBay.com/grammy.

This spectacular package includes: Two passes to attend a soundcheck, two passes to meet McCartney, two tickets to a concert in July or August, one official photo sent the winner after the show and two roundtrip Delta One Business/First-Class Air tickets within the Continental U.S.

Proceeds from the GRAMMY Charity Online Auctions provide essential support for MusiCares.

MusiCares ensures music people have a place to turn in times of financial, medical and personal need by providing programs and services including emergency financial assistance, educational workshops, flu shots, hearing tests, and medical/dental screenings. The MusiCares MAP Fund allows access to addiction recovery treatment and sober living resources for members of the music community; and Safe Harbor Room support, weekly addiction support groups and the MusiCares Sober Touring Network provide ongoing recovery support.

Established in 1989 by The Recording Academy, MusiCares provides a safety net of critical assistance for music people in times of need. MusiCares’ services and resources cover a wide range of financial, medical, and personal emergencies, and each case is treated with integrity and confidentiality. MusiCares also focuses the resources and attention of the music industry on human service issues that directly impact the health and welfare of the music community.

GRAMMY Online Charity Auctions are presented in partnership with Kompolt, a California-based online auction agency focused on creating successful, high-value, high-profile promotional and charity auctions for top brand companies.

eBay for Charity is a platform that enables members of the eBay community to donate to causes in the U.S. and abroad. Sellers can donate anywhere between 10–100 percent of the proceeds and buyers can add a donation to their purchase during checkout.
