The Oak Ridge Boys release ‘Life is Beautiful’

Track is second single from Front Porch Singin’

GRAMMY Award-winning and Country Music Hall of Fame members The Oak Ridge Boys swing into the season of sunshine with the release of their second single from their upcoming new album Front Porch Singin’, titled “Life Is Beautiful.” This record is their fourth collaboration with Grammy Award-winning producer, Dave Cobb. Recorded during the pandemic, it was imperative to create a project that offers comfort and hope to every listener. “Life is Beautiful,” along with the first single “Love, Light And Healing,” are available to stream and download on all digital services.

“I believe Duane found this song long ago and held on to it as he always does with a great song,” Bonsall says. “The timing of recording it in these troubled times is a divine coincidence in my humble opinion because life is God’s most precious gift this side of Salvation and people need to hear a simple message like ‘Life is Beautiful’ now more than ever! ‘Somewhere in the world the sun is shining bright.’ Yeah baby!!!”

“I always love working with The Oaks and with this album, they’ve really captured the warmest feelings of home and family,” shares Dave Cobb.

The Oak Ridge Boys recently sat down with Entertainment Tonight‘s Rachel Smith for a special interview showcasing their incredible history in country music, the 40th anniversary of their iconic hit “Elvira,” memories from past ACM Awards, and their highly anticipated new album, Front Porch Singin’, to be released on June 11th. The interview was filmed on William Lee Golden’s front porch, the same location used for the cover package of their new record.

“As always, it was a lot of fun sitting down with Entertainment Tonight. Sharing many of our stories was a walk down memory lane that brought smiles to all of our faces,” shares Joe Bonsall.

The group — Duane Allen, Joe Bonsall, William Lee Golden, and Richard Sterban — will be upcoming guests on a video edition of The Music Universe Podcast where we discuss the project, recording during the pandemic, their Opryland Hotel Christmas show, touring and more.
