Group releases second Christmas track

The Offspring revisits Christmas with “Bells Will Be Ringing (Please Come Home For Christmas),” a take on the Charles Brown classic, “Please Come Home For Christmas.” The song was later made famous by the Eagles in 1978 and has been covered ever since.

“We’ve always loved the classic Charles Brown version of this song and think it’s really underappreciated,” frontman Dexter Holland says. “We thought it would be the perfect follow up to “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” in continuing on the coming home for Christmas theme.”

In November 2020, the group surprised fans and critics alike with a faithful yet punk rendition of the 1963 Darlene Love classic “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home).”

The band is currently touring Canada in support of their latest album, Let The Bad Times Roll. The punk rockers have enlisted Simple Plan to join them on the Canadian leg of the Let the Bad Times Roll Tour which wraps November 27th in Victoria, BC.
