The show will be filmed for a possible DVD release

Don Dokken, George Lynch, Jeff Pilson and Mick Brown, the original members of Dokken, are reuniting for six shows in Japan this year, but will first have one single U.S. performance at Badlands Pawn in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

It has been nearly 20 years since all the members of the original lineup performed a full concert together as George Lynch departed the band in 1997.

Dokken, formed in 1978, has accumulated numerous charting singles such as ‘Alone Again’, ‘Burning Like A Flame’ and ‘In My Dreams.’ The group has sold more than ten million albums worldwide and was nominated for a Grammy in 1989.

Don Dokken recently mentioned on The Classic Metal Show that the band is going to film rehearsals and the show and hopefully produce a live DVD by the end of the year. Each member from the band is also planning on holding clinics for students at the Brennan Rock & Roll Academy during their time in Sioux Falls.

“This is going to be one of the biggest shows that ever happened at Badlands Pawn,” said Chuck Brennan, CEO of Badlands Pawn, Gold & Jewelry. “Don is a long-time friend of mine and I’m absolutely thrilled that they are coming to Badlands to prepare for this run of shows in Japan”.

Tickets and VIP Packages go on-sale August 27th. General admission tickets start at $50 and can either be purchased at the Badlands Pawn Box Office or online at BadlandsBoxOffice.com.

Badlands Pawn, Gold & Jewelry is located at 1600 W. Russell Street in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It opens at 9 a.m. daily in the heart of the Sioux Falls Sports & Entertainment District.
