Paramount Pictures unveils Robbie Williams ‘Better Man’ trailer, release date

The film opens in select theaters on Christmas Day

Paramount Pictures has released the trailer and release date for Better Man, a film based on the true story of the meteoric rise, dramatic fall, and remarkable resurgence of British pop superstar Robbie Williams. Under the visionary direction of Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman), the film is uniquely told from Williams’ perspective as a CGI monkey, capturing his signature wit and indomitable spirit. It follows Williams’ journey from childhood, to being the youngest member of chart-topping boyband Take That, through to his unparalleled achievements as a record-breaking solo artist, all the while confronting the challenges that stratospheric fame and success can bring.

The film stars Williams, Jonno Davies, Steve Pemberton, Damon Herriman, Raechelle Banno, Alison Steadman, Kate Mulvaney, Frazer Hadfield, Tom Budge, and Anthony Hayes.

Better Man opens in select theaters on Christmas Day and widely on January 17th.
