Pearl Jam has announced that they will embark on a two-leg, 24 date North American tour this fall. Leg one kicks off in Pittsburgh on October 11th and wraps in New Orleans with the band’s previously announced headlining performance at Voodoo Music + Arts Experience during the weekend of November 1st. The second leg of the tour commences in Dallas on November 15th and closes in the band’s hometown of Seattle on December 6th.
Public tickets for Pearl Jam’s North American dates go on-sale Saturday, July 27th at 10 am local time. Specific ticket on-sale times and locations will be announced in local markets. Tickets for Voodoo Music + Arts Experience are on sale now.
A special ticket pre-sale drawing for current Pearl Jam Ten Club members (as of July 7th) is underway. Fan Club members can also read the Fan Club tour announcement once logged in.
To coincide with the tour announcement, Pearl Jam is releasing their new single “Mind Your Manners” nearly a week earlier than expected on Thursday, July 11th. The song is the first single from the band’s tenth studio album in which more details are also expected on Thursday. The band was to release the single on July 16th, but a Virginia radio station billboard claims the song will be premiered on Thursday at 3 pm ET.
