This is the second time the event has been pushed back
The Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam in Panama City, FL has been postponed until June 2021, marking the second time the event has been pushed back due to COVID-19 concerns. Luke Bryan, Brad Paisley and Lynyrd Skynyrd are headlining the event that was initially set for Labor Day weekend 2020 but pushed until March 2021 due to the pandemic. The company shared the news via social media this week.
“This move is vital, as we continue to work toward providing the best festival experience for our Jammers,” states Executive Producer Rendy Lovelady. “We feel the timing is much better for everyone involved, and we can’t wait to see everyone back at the beach.”
“We have comprehensive plans in place to make this a fun and safe event for our artists, our fans and our staff,” adds Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam COO Mark Sheldon. “We’re excited to welcome music fans back to the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches in June.”
The full lineup remains the same with the exception of Jordan Davis who will be replaced by Rodney Atkins. Cody Jinks, Cole Swindell, Brothers Osborne, Billy Ray Cyrus, Joe Nichols, Lindsay Ell, Tenille Townes, Ryan Hurd and others will ascend into south Florida this summer, should conditions allow.
All previous tickets will be honored. As a safety precaution, the event will be going cashless with the option of RFID wristbands containing debit/credit info and a security PIN. Vendors will also accept cards on site and contactless pickup will be offered for merchandise, ticket upgrades and more.
