Record Store Day 2019 is April 13th

Pink Floyd’s second album, A Saucerful Of Secrets, is getting a mono remaster for Record Store Day 2019 (RSD19) on April 13th.

The album has been remastered by James Guthrie, Joel Plante and Bernie Grundman from the original 1968 analogue mono mix. It will be presented on heavyweight 108-g vinyl with a reproduction of the original sleeve, including the Columbia Records logo, and a black ploy-lined inner sleeve.

Pink Floyd has released RSD exclusives in the past and will be among the hundreds of exclusive titles sold via independent record stores worldwide at the annual April event. Fans will be lining up into the wee hours of the morning to pick up exclusive releases not available anywhere else. The full release list is expected in the next couple of weeks which we will share.

Pearl Jam has been named Record Store Day 2019 Ambassador. Previous RSD Ambassadors include Run The Jewels, Dave Grohl, Metallica, Jack White, St. Vincent, Ozzy Osbourne, Iggy Pop and Chuck D, just to name a few.
