TV star turns singer with debut single

Candiace Dillard Bassett is best known for her quick witted come backs and her gracious demeanor on Bravo TV’s Real Housewives of Potomac, but the reality star has set her sights on a new profession… singing. Bassett released her debut single, “I See You,” on May 16th via all digital and streaming platforms.

The track is a leisurely sophisticated ballad dedicated to her husband Chris. In fact, you may have seen her perform the song on a past episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac. Her voice is delightful and soothing. She has an incredible range vocally as well as an old school R&B vibe. It’s different and fresh. She co-wrote the track with singer/songwriter Veda Whisnant and it was produced by Aaron Hardin.

“I See You” is a love song, a forever wedding anthem and an ode to couples everywhere. It has a whimsical melody with strong passionate lyrics to match. From reality star to singing sensation, Bassett is charming the hearts (and ears) of viewers all over the world. The singing diva is currently working on a EP and is excited to release new music in the future. Housewives fans everywhere are going to want to keep an eye out for this one.
