Fastest record of 2019 to be certified gold

In less than three weeks, DJ Khaled’s 11th full-length album and the music blockbuster of the summer, Father of Asahd, achieves a gold certification from the RIAA. It stands out as “the fastest full-length record to be minted gold this year” thus far and “one of only three full-length projects of 2019 to be certified gold.” Not to mention, its total streams already exceed half-a-billion, making it one of the most-streamed projects of 2019 as well. The momentum only continues to ramp up.

Among a string of smashes, Father of Asahd also houses the platinum-certified smash “No Brainer” [feat. Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper, & Quavo] and gold-certified hit “Top Off” [feat. JAY Z, Future, & Beyoncé]. Meanwhile, “Just Us” [feat. SZA] crossed 27 million Spotify streams with “Wish Wish” [feat. Cardi B & 21 Savage] passed the 20 million Spotify streams and overall the full-length album has crossed 1.1 billion streams as a collective body.

Father of Asahd emerges as a landmark for GRAMMY nominated multi-platinum artist, music industry visionary, innovative influencer, mogul, and mega-producer Khaled and the culture at large.

DJ Khaled promises more surprises soon.
