Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band are taking their hit tour to Latin America this fall. Having so much fun with the current incarnation, Starr decided to expand the tour with 14 dates in Latin America and wrapping just before Thanksgiving with two shows in Las Vegas. The tour just finished the Pacific Rim leg which included stops in New Zealand, Australia and Japan.
Starr’s current lineup includes Steve Lukather (Toto), Richard Page (Mr. Mister), Gregg Rolie (Santana), Todd Rundgren, Mark Rivera and Gregg Bissonette. The extension of the tour comes on the heels of the UMe worldwide release of Ringo At The Ryman DVD that was filmed at a tour stop at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium last summer with the current band.
