The film stars Michael B. Jordan in dual roles
Multi-platinum rap/R&B superstar Rod Wave releases “Sinners,” the title track from Oscar-nominated director Ryan Coogler’s new film starring Michael B. Jordan. The song is accompanied by a new music video, also directed by Coogler.
“Sinners” is the lead single from the upcoming Sinners Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, set for an April 18th release via Masterworks, accompanied by an Original Score album via Sony Classical featuring music by Oscar-winning composer Ludwig Göransson. Starring Michael B. Jordan, Sinners debuts exclusively in theaters nationwide on Friday, April 18th.
Wave was inspired to write “Sinners” after watching the film at Coogler’s special request. “Ryan is one of my favorite directors out, from Fruitvale Station to Black Panther,” states Wave. “When I heard that he wanted to work with me, I was excited by the opportunity to enter his world. I connected with the movie instantly when I watched it.”
