Sammy Hagar announces Las Vegas rooftop performance

Hagar’s new ready-to-drink cocktails will debut later this month

Sammy Hagar is celebrating the launch of Sammy’s Beach Bar Cocktail Co. ready-to-drink cocktails with a sunset rooftop performance above the Las Vegas Strip. Hagar will perform a 30 minute set to invited guests and contest winners at Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas on September 22nd. The Las Vegas Review Journal says the show will also play to the pedestrian traffic across the Strip and also on the Paris marquee below the giant, lighted balloon.

“I’m so looking forward to doing this crazy thing, which I’ve never done before,” Hagar tells the publication. “It’s inspired by the Beatles, who were one of the first ones to do it.”

Fans can register via Hagar’s website. Those who win will be one of the first to sip on Hagar’s new top shelf sparkling rumcocktails in a can, debuting infour playful twists on classic flavors in Nevada, California and Texas later this month.

Must be 21+ to enter. Registration closes at midnight ET on Thursday, September 16th. Fifty winners will each receive two tickets and be selected by random drawing. Winners will be announced on Friday, September 17th.

Earlier this summer, Hagar announced a residency at the STRAT Theater, located inside The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod on the Las Vegas Strip. Hagar will perform six sold out shows from mid-October through mid-November. The Red Rocker will bring together a legendary circle of friends and bandmates, past and present, to the intimate 800-capacity STRAT Theater, including 300 general admission floor tickets for a party vibe in front of the stage. His Circle bandmates — bassist Michael Anthony, guitarist Vic Johnson and drummer Jason Bonham are confirmed for some of the shows. Friends Toby Keith, Rick Springfield, Kenny Chesney, Vince Neil and Alice in Chains’ Jerry Cantrell all invited to appear with other special guests slated to attend.

Sammy Hagar and The Circle are brining the annual week-long Cabo Party to Southern California from October 1st through October 9th. It all kicks off on October 1st with a performance at Afterburner Music Festival in Huntington Beach, CA, which celebrates the 75th anniversary of the Blue Angels which famously starred in the Van Halen video for “Dreams,” which is celebrating its 35th anniversary.

Later that week, Hagar will host his annual Birthday Bash over three nights from October 7-9th at the Avalon Casino Ballroom on Catalina Island, off he coast of Los Angeles. This first night is a special acoustic performance and Q&A with Sammy Hagar & The Circle and only available as part of the VIP package, which includes tickets for all three shows, plus a special merch bundle. Nights two and three will include full band electric shows with The Circle.
