Trailblazing country music group Sawyer Brown โ€œdefined 90s countryโ€ (Blake Shelton) after becoming Americaโ€™s first-ever televised singing competition winner of Star Search. Now, fans can watch the full story of how the band shaped country music throughout its four-decade career via its Get Me To The Stage On Time documentary, out on streaming platforms, including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+, and Google Play now.

Get Me To The Stage On Time, which premiered at the Nashville Film Festival in 2023, was directed by lead singer Mark Millerโ€™s daughter Madison Miller and produced by Blake Shelton, who says โ€œ[Working with Sawyer Brown] is one of the coolest jobs Iโ€™ve ever had in my life.โ€

The career-spanning documentary features exclusive interviews with Shelton, Dolly Parton, Dierks Bentley and many more. From the bandโ€™s origins on Star Search to touring with Parton and Kenny Rogers, to recording its new album Desperado Troubadours with Shelton, Sawyer Brown pulls back the curtain for a behind-the-scenes look at the highs and lows of the bandโ€™s 40-year career.

The band is on tour celebrating its 40th anniversary, including a Canadian run with beloved country group Shenandoah. The band will play a special show at Nashvilleโ€™s historic Ryman Auditorium in February of 2025.
