The new song is available now
Grammy and Latin Grammy Award-winning artist Shakira released “Soltera,” an infectious afrobeat female anthem. The song is available digitally via Sony Music Entertainment US Latin.
The song has already gained buzz online following the filming of the video at LIV in Miami with cameos from Winnie Harlow, Anitta, Danna and Lele Pons. The video will be released soon.
The new song comes on the heels of Shakira’s three Latin Grammy nominations last week, for Album of the Year for Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, Song of the Year for “Entre Paréntesis,” and Best Latin Electronic Music Performance for “Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53 (Tiësto Remix).”
In November, Shakira will hit the road for her sold-out North American Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, promoted by Live Nation. The tour’s first leg will start on November 2nd in Palm Desert, California, and includes stops in Los Angeles, Miami, Toronto, Brooklyn, Chicago, and more.
