New Album Now Released September 29th

Multi-platinum and multi-award winning Global superstar Shania Twain has released the Matthew Cullen (Katy Perry, Kygo, Weezer, Beck) directed video for her single “Life’s About to Get Good.” The track is taken from Now, Twain’s first album in fifteen years, out September 29th, on Mercury, Nashville.

When writing “Life’s About to Get Good,” Twain explains, “I was at home looking out at the ocean and I said to myself, ‘Here I am stuck in this past of negativity, but it’s so beautiful out. I’m not in the mood to write a ‘feeling-sorry-for-myself’ song.” The songwriter recognized that with all of the negative in life also comes the positive. “You can’t have the good without the bad. And that’s what the song ended up being about.”

Offered as both a 16-track deluxe and a 12-track standard album, the singer unveiled the track listing last week via social media. Both configurations feature include “Life’s About To Get Good” and her latest single, “Poor Me.” Twain worked with four producers across the 16 tracks including Matthew Koma, Ron Aniello (Bruce Springsteen, Gavin DeGraw), Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes) and Jacquire King (Kings of Leon, Norah Jones).

The singer is offering exclusive album packages to benefit Shania Kids Can, an organization the country superstar founded in 2010. Package options range from the new deluxe album, Shania Kids Can merchandise and autographed memorabilia to tickets to an intimate pre-release listening party, one-of-a-kind performance outfits worn by Twain, the custom motorcycle used in the singer’s Still the One Live from Las Vegas stage show, dinner in Nashville with Twain and much more.
