Sony to offer Carrie Underwood ‘Storyteller’ free in HD with Walkman purchase

Sony Electronics, a leader in premium audio products, has announced in cooperation with Sony Music Entertainment that they will provide a free Hi-Res Audio download of Carrie Underwood’s latest album Storyteller, to any purchaser of a Sony NWZ-A17 or NW-ZX2 Hi-Res Walkman player between December 1st and January 16, 2016. The promotion will be facilitated through HDtracks, the leading source for hi-res music downloads in the US.

This announcement was made during the Hi-Res Listening Station launch event held at Best Buy’s Magnolia Design Center flagship store on New York City’s Columbus Circle. The promotion will encompass Sony products sold at nearly 80 Magnolia Design Center stores nationwide. A clip from Carrie Underwood’s new single will be featured in the Hi-Res Listening Station during the months of December and January to help highlight this offer.

The latest album from seven-time GRAMMY winning superstar Carrie Underwood, Storyteller recently debuted at #1 on the Billboard Country Album chart, making Underwood the only artist to have their first six albums enter at the top of this leading music category.
