North American tour kicks off Jan

Reigning CCMA Entertainer of the year and 2x ACM Award winner Tenille Townes will embark on her Side A + B Tour in January, continuing to demonstrate how Townes has explored duality throughout her most recent works. The trek kicks off January 18th in Portland, OR and hits Seattle before six dates in The Great White North.

“We’re going to be doing something a little different on this tour, creating a show that reflects both sides of who I am and the music I make: the reflective songwriter and the rock and roll entertainer all in one setlist,” Townes shares. “I can’t wait to see everybody at these clubs, singing these songs and coming together as our community!”

Tickets are available beginning October 21st via Ticketmaster.

Having earned her Entertainer of the Year title delivering heart wrenching, personal ballads that can stop an audience in their tracks coupled with searing, high-energy moments, Townes’ latest trek will reflect the duality that inspired her project Masquerades.

Townes recently joined JUNO award-winning Canadian indie-pop band Walk off the Earth for their new single “Tomorrow Can Wait,” as well as her own new song “The Last Time,” which she premiered at the 2022 Canadian Country Music Association Awards. Townes, who co-hosted the awards alongside Blanco Brown, earned trophies for Single of the Year and Songwriter of the Year (both for “Girl Who Didn’t Care,” co-written with Steph Jones and David Pramik), her fourth consecutive Female Artist of the Year award, as well as her Entertainer and Album of the Year honors.

She is nominated for the Country Music Association’s International Artist Achievement Award while in the midst of her European tour that continues October 17th in Glasgow. She’ll continue her own headlining dates stateside with a performance November 2nd at the Gramercy Theatre in New York City.
