Six shows are scheduled for the region this summer
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band The Doobie Brothers will play five shows in the UK and Ireland this summer, to support its upcoming new studio album Walk This Road. The newly announced shows include headline plays in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, London and Dublin. In addition to the bandโs headlining arena shows, The Doobie Brothers will perform as a special guest on Jeff Lynneโs sold-out, final-ever BST Hyde Park ELO show on July 13th. For those unable to attend the sold-out Hyde Park event, The Doobie Brothers will return to London and headline The O2 on July 19th.
The newly announced arena tour dates will go on presale from Wednesday, February 5th at 10 am local time with general on sale to the public on Friday, February 7th.
The highly anticipated tour dates will feature the reunited Doobie Brothers lineup of Patrick Simmons, Tom Johnston, John McFee and Michael McDonald and feature new music from their upcoming studio album featuring the foursome in over 40 years. Walk This Road, out June 6th on Rhino Records, features ten newly recorded tracks including โWalk This Road,โ โCall Meโ and โLahaina.โ
