The break up is not meant to be permanent
UK’s boy band The Wanted have announced that they will part ways after their current tour ends in May, but not permanently at this point. The band made the announcement on their website Wednesday saying, “This tour will be their last for a while as Tom, Max, Jay, Siva and Nathan have collectively decided to take time to pursue personal endeavors following the tour’s conclusion.”
The statement continues, “The band wants to stress to their fans that they will continue on as The Wanted and look forward to many successful projects together in the future.”
The statement also announced the release of the band’s latest single and video as “Glow In The Dark” from their current album Word Of Mouth released in November 2013.
The Wanted Word Of Mouth World Tour 2014 kicks off February 8th in Germany and makes stops throughout Europe, the UK, Ireland before wrapping the Canada and the US. The States dates start April 8th in Huntington, KY with stops in Washington, DC, New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami and more before ending May 17th in Shawnee, OK.
No word no how long this temporary break up will last.
