To celebrate the ten year anniversary of the release of the White Stripes’ classic album Elephant, Jack White’s Third Man Records will be featuring it as part of their “Vault” series.
Along with Elephant, the package will feature a red and white vinyl LP of a show from July 2, 2003, from the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, Illinois, entitled Nine Miles From the White City. The show is nearly eighty-minutes long, and long-time fans will remember it as one of the last shows the band played before Jack White broke his finger in a car accident. the surgery of which was immortalized on video.
The package will also include a 7″ with two Jack White piano-demos of “I Want to Be the Boy to Warm Your Mother’s Heart” and “Little Acorns.”
Finally, the package will also include a 56-page collection of photos detailing the band recording the album.
The last day to sign-up to receive this special package is April 30th.
